Normally it can do two or 3 times for the whole face per ampoule. But it's strongly recommend use it within one month after opening. At last, MTS means microneedling therapy system.

What are the contraindications? how soon can it be used , before or after microneedling?

Regarding the interval, normally once a week, or twice a week. If you want to use it before micro needling that's OK. After the micro needling, you can use the RF after the redness disappear.
