I ordered the tips on 24th January 2020 Nowhere did it state on my order or on the page there would be a delay in sending the products I contacted the company 11/2/2020 as I’d not received and they said they’d not been posted due to Chinese New Year and that it was common knowledge. And that “somewhere “ on there page it states this. It doesn’t state this and if it did I would have ordered through a different company on this occasion as I have clients to service. My email was ignored and I was basically told due to this event my order didn’t matter. Absolutely no empathy for my business at a standstill as he didn’t seem to care. It’s now 19th January and no needle tips. In the past the needle tips are of a high quality. The trick is GETTING them after ordering and paying. Thumbs down for customer service. Where are my needle tips for pen.

I’ve bought different numbing creams in the past and they seem to dry out somewhat even wrapped with Saran Wrap. This one went on so smooth and stayed moist and no drying at all till you took it off! Did a great job numbing the skin area too!!

I like that this dispenses out nicely and able to mold it into contouring!! Very pleased!

The Eye rubber Not very comfortable when you wear on it.

Excellent product. This is now my go-to-product for non surgical nose jobs. Sets fast and keeps it shape better than any other product I've used in the past.

I have now tried three higher end pens, this being the least expensive, one was over a thousand dollars! This pen is hands down my favorite to use. The cartridges fit well, not a lot of splattering and overflow issues like other pens. The needles are sharp and make clean lines and do not bend or get dull too quickly. The pen is so small and easy to manipulate with really firm control without exhausting your hand. I did eyeliner on myself and chose this pen because of how very precise you can be with needle placement because of its shape and size. I think it is hard to get an exact depth because of the way the dial is set up for the needle, and I don’t love that aspect of the pen, but they all seem to be imprecise like that, some swivel dial length/depth needle adjusters are better. This was my least favorite part of the pen. I wish it was cordless, but it probably wouldn’t have the same consistent, quiet power that it achieves the way it is set up. I love the on/off on the cord. No risk of me accidentally shutting the damn thing off while holding the pen. No instructions came at all with my pen. That was very frustrating. So far every little fun gadget I’ve tried from this site has arrived without any instructions whatsoever. A little frustrating. But the quality is fantastic. Also! I ordered the wrong needles and instead of sending them out to me, they caught it, emailed me to see if I wanted it corrected and then sent me the right needles. This company has been amazing thus far. My new favorite place to come play around with beauty devices!

Works perfectly. I’ve used it once and I love it. My friend bought one so after seeing the results from him I purchased my own. Well worth the money. Much better than manual roller for face and neck. I would repurchase.

Used this right after micro needling. Went on smoothly and helped calm down my skin. I will continue to use after all my treatments
