Works really great lasted thru my hour tattoo on my wrist..I have very low pain tolerance and I felt NOTHING. I have also used it for ombre/power brows...clients felt nothing.

At the start, I was little nervous buying this over the internet, but WOW! This vendor delivered! Product came well packaged and wrapped. It was a very fast delivery from the time I ordered. And the actual machine is EXCELLENT! Does everything it says it would do. The on-screen display is easy to use and I was able to set things up in no time at all. The one *drawback* was that the setup instructions were a little confusing. But thankfully, the individual pieces are very "plug-n-play" friendly so it was easy to get everything to fit in place and get connected.

This product is powerful. I use this for micro-needling with a roller and also with the needling pen. Perfect with the needling pen. Especially the pain that comes with it. Other times I use this for pain. Back & leg pain. I cover the area with plastic wrap for an hour. You will feel the numbing effect. This effect lasts for hours. So far it has last me over four hours. I highly recommend this numbing cream. This is by far the best in quality and quantity

This machine is great I do however wish there was a temp gauge on it since the skin has to be at 104° it’s hard to tell without digital thermostat. I love the simplicity of it. However aloe gel and the ultrasound gel I found get trapped in the filters and it is very annoying I think silicone gel would work best but have not tried . All around tho great machine for your first purchase into the cavitation world my machine paid for itself immediately
