As you can see, there are 10 holes in the machine, so basically, all of the syringes could be used for it. Mostly 1ml, 3ml, and 5ml syringes. As for needle gauge, it varies from treatment and patients, normally from 27G to 31G

what size of tubes this centrifuge takes, I read the holder are 15ml but it doesn't say what size of tubes will it hold I hope someone can help me.

We don't recommend you do that. The Hyaluron Pen is generally used for delivering low-viscosity, non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid into the superficial dermis.
