How to Prepare for ThermaV Treatment?
Preparing for vaginal rejuvenation is not a complex process. We recommend shaving the area around the opening of the vagina and lips. On the day of the procedure, shower and wash the private area with mild soap and water.
When you arrive at our office, we’ll give you a warm gown to wear and place your feet in stirrups. Ultrasound gel is applied to the tip of the device so that it goes in smoothly without pain. The device gets warm from the radiofrequency, so you will feel a warming effect. Most treatments last between 30-45 minutes.
After the treatment, you’re free to go home! You can return to your normal routine because there is no downtime necessary with Viveve.
