Ideal for first machineThis machine is great I do however wish there was a temp gauge on it since the skin has to be at 104° it’s hard to tell without digital thermostat. I love the simplicity of it. However aloe gel and the ultrasound gel I found get trapped in the filters and it is very annoying I think silicone gel would work best but have not tried . All around tho great machine for your first purchase into the cavitation world my machine paid for itself immediatelyVenusskywalker -

Not intuitive to use at first but good needlesAdjustable from 0 to 2.5mm. However, steps to adjust length was not explicit in description nor in the video instruction. One would have presumed needle length adjustment would be controlled from the mesotherapy screen; but the adjustment must be performed manually by rotating the circular plate at the base of the needle cartridge.RJmd -
Great value mesotherapy devicePackage arrived on time despite ongoing COVID-19 events worldwide. Very easy to assemble and video assembly instructions readily available on this website. Purchased with the 9-pin adjustable needles can be set from 0 to 2.5mm; however, the needles do not have marked gradiations. In practice, however, your clinical endpoint for mesotherapy for each injection should show minimal bleeding as your target is just above the subpapillary plexus; i.e., you should adjust your needle length accordingly and not set it arbitrarily.RJmd -

High quality microneedling pen cartridgesIndividually packaged, sterilized, very easy to use microneedling cartridges. Stays sharp although I have not used it for non-facial sites where the skin is generally thicker (e.g. back for acne scars, buttocks for striae). I doubt it would be a problem since I've had not any issues with using it on very sebaceous male foreheadDr. RJ -

High quality, sterile PRP tubesThese tubes come in fours, packaged in a sterile container. They are specifically designed for aesthetic use of PRP, hence no pyrogen. Because it's somewhat on the lower end of blood volume collected (most PRP collection systems are 11ml or greater), I have been drawing two 8-ml tubes for use for full face microneedling. High quality centrifuge!Centrifuge base has suction cups that stabilizes the device on the surface/platform it's placed. Very quiet and user friendly device. Was informed by iBeautymachine tech support that balancing the tube placement inside the centrifuge is not necessary, hence no balancing tube is provided. But I've decided to be cautious, so I have been always processed tubes in pairs and have had no problems so far.Dr. RJ
