*I have given this light therapy 5 stars for a few reasons. I like the on/off button and the options for which lights I want to use. I have recently started taking hormone replacement therapy and this has made my acne breakout the worst it has ever been. I am using the blue light therapy for 20 min every day after my shower each am and this therapy has decreased my breakouts considerably. I was experiencing approximately 10 to 20 new breakouts per day and with this light therapy I can happily say that I am down to 1 to 3 breakouts per day now. I have been using the light therapy for approximately 3 weeks now and am very happy with my purchase.
